Job Description
Top line growth of identified account
Develop new opportunities at CxO level both directly and through support of Senior Executives.
Manage the P&L for the account that one is responsible for.
Take specific business development responsibility and Strategic growth in the account.
Professional Requirements:
Strong Sales expertise and Industry knowledge with operational understanding of the key business activities and processes of BPO Services.
In depth understanding of the IT services industry value chain in commercial and technical terms including understanding and articulation of business drivers and IT drivers for the sector and cost base (COR), benchmarks
Able to develop and close sales opportunities with Client¹s Sales teams including construction of bids and pursuits and deals.
Is able to create Market based services propositions and develop the sub-market from a Sales perspective.
Commercially savvy: understands targets, revenue and margins, and can integrate these into actionable steps.
Proven sales and consulting expertise, gravitas and leadership abilities to be credible in front of C level client contacts.
Able to integrate into the global team and leverage existing domain/excellence expertise from within the global organization
Key Skills / Qualifications
Mandatory – Strong IT services sales experience from an MNC.
8-10 years of relevant experience. Prior experience of handling multi-million dollar accounts Capable of growing high potential accounts Proven experience in the industry delivering revenue, market share and profit in highly competitive Market.
An exceptional communicator with consultative sales selling style, strong negotiation skills, analytical problem solving abilities and good client-need-assessment aptitude An accomplished professional with expertise in managing Business Development with focus on profitability and achieving the company¹s mission & strategic direction Strong business acumen with skills to remain on the cutting edge; drive new business through conceptualizing strategies, developing key accounts, establishing strategic partnerships.
Demonstrated ability of rapidly scaling up the business Managing relationships with CXO¹s of client organization Proven evidence of successful team management and working in matrix operations

I have a Bachelor degree in Business Management, as well as Online Portal (E-commerce) experience as an AGM- City Manager Operations in household sector (Zimmber.com). In addition, I also have 8 years experience in operations at JPMORGAN Chase (Credit Card) and 3 years in 3Global Services. The BPO experience is in sales and collections department.
